i don't know the details and requirement of the client but in my opinion the client should go for OTM and you can integrate OTM with Tracking system as well, PA is something different although you can calculate exp and rev. in PA.

Asset cost and clearing accounts are defined in Asset Categories window and asset automatically change clearing to cost account during asset mass addition process.

I have followed all possible steps for ASM, while searching from Metalink, i came across few notes indicating the bugs in R12 relating to my issue and patch is recommended from Oracle.

You can only access iRecruitment from SS or HTML based or simple recruitment from Core HR responsibility which is Applet based.

What about the R12 training in khi and other cities as well?

As i know ... Oracle uni. has already been rescheduled the training 4 times and it is still pending.

If i am not wrong these Address styles are defined in HR DFF (not exactly remember the name) and you can define new address style for Pakistan as well.
