Sub Inventory Transfer & allowing negetive balance

Hi All,

When I was trying to do sub inventory transfer for and item for which on hand inventory is zero, i am able to do the transfer but system is poping up as "Qty will drive inventory negetive". But it is allowing the transaction. But i wanted the system to stop the transaction in such cases.

Hi,

This is a setup change.. you will have to goto Organization Parameters in Inventory Responsibility and uncheck Allow -ve balance

I don't think u can do tht if u have negative on hand quantity in that inventory organization
