The enabling of events in init.ora is logging a lot of extra information and probably slowing down the database.
Consider removing the following line from your init.ora andrestarting the database.

event 10210 trace name context forever, level 2, 10211 trace name context forever, level 2, 10235 trace name context forever, level 1, 10246 trace name context forever, level 2, 7267 trace name errorstack level 4, 3106 trace name errorstack level 4, 10076 trace name context forever, level 1

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks.

After installation always change initilization parameters according to your requirement which are documented in the following metalink note, as the default parameters may not be enough for your instance.

Subject: Database Initialization Parameters for Oracle Applications 11i
Doc ID: Note:216205.1 Type: WHITE PAPER
Last Revision Date: 27-NOV-2006 Status: PUBLISHED

The following document contains the database initialization parameter settings for Oracle Applications 11i including releases 11.5.1 through 11.5.10. The document consists mainly of a common section, which provides the common set of database initialization parameters for all releases of the data server. The data server release specific database initialization parameters are listed in the respective section. The common section and the release specific section formulate the complete database initialization parameter file.

For detail please visit metalink.
