Dear Salman,

Also note that, if the paper clip is not opening an attachment form, then you have to set this profile option to "Yes" on "Site" level:

HR:Use Standard Attachments

You can also use the documents of record functionality for maintaining the Scanned Copies of passport and Visas

Dear Salman,

1. First you have to add to a request to your responsibility i.e. Register Document Types (EITs)
2. Navigate to the Application utility lookups and find DOCUMENT_CATEGORY
3. Define a new look up value named "Passport Information"
4. Now navigate to reports and processes.
5. Submit a single request named Register Document Types (EITs)
6. Populate the parameters. Document Type would be >> Passport
7. Now Navigate to People>>Enter & maintain >> Others >> Document of Records
8. Create a Document with your defined Document Type

Hope it HELPS,
Thanks,
Ali.

You have to add the document type "Passport" in Information Type Security too.

Dears All,

Thanks for explaining the "Document of Record" functionality; but note that it is not seeded in Saudi Legislation. So to enable it you I enabled it through Adding it to Saudi Task FLow, and Adding the Function to Saudi HRMS Menu Structure, then going with the steps that Alihsyed explained.

Note: I tried it and it worked fine! :P

Hope this helps for any one using "Saudi HRMS Manager" Responsibility or any responsibility that does not support Documents of Record Functionality.

Best Regards,
