Hi all Member

The best way using HRSS in expansion management to link HR and Payroll and all HRMS module through SIT.

try to create SIT for all Request than do auto-request to create element entry in the employee assignment element entry wich is the best way to invole all employee in HR activity

thanks

Welcome Sameh and all the Guys,

In SSHR Setup, the following is done:

1) Specify the Users and Responsibiities to the System (take into consideration security issues using security profiles)...
2) Specify the functions to be implemented (SIT's or other Functions)
3) Specify the Approval Processes (Supervisor, Hierarchy...etc)
4) Specify the Validations for SIT's etc...
5) Configure any personalizations (prompt changes, information tips, ...etc)

Kind Regards,

SSHR is a very interesting module. I have been working on HRMS for a while now. If you are new to the module and want to get a feel of the complete setups you can check the videos on http://erpwebtutor.com . The guy explains the basic setup nicely. You can use it as a starting point. Eventually you will have to go through Oracle documents which I personally hate to read but unfortunately there is really no other choice...

Good luck with you learning venture...
