Transactions Stuck In Gl_interface

Version R12/11i? = R12
Instance PROD/TEST/VIS? = PROD
Module? = General Ledger
OS? = Linux 86

Hi All

Transactions Stuck In Gl_interface Table With Status Processed and not update the Trial balance and also show the EM17 and NEW status.

I also import from the General Ledger but entries are still showing in GL_Interface and can't update the trial.

Kindly help me and tell the Solution of this.

Looks like this is related to sequence numbering issue. The sequence numbering profile option has been set to "Always Used" and sequence has not been defined for the journal category.

Either you need to define sequence number for the JV category or change the profile option value.

If it is not related to sequence numbering, check the error message during import and then take appropriate action.
