Can anyone let me know, we have an option called as Job Group where in we can create our own Name in the Job Group instead of the default job group that is generated when we create BG, but over here my concern is after i create Job Group and when we go to position window and create a position in this position window when we come to the Job field i'm unable to view the jobs which i have created under my JOB Group which i have created.
it is batter to use default job gorup, please late me know why are you need to create new, after that i will gave you more information

Check your BG "other" properties where all the flexfields are defined. Is your flexfield related to Job attached their. If yes then it should be shown in Position window.
