Concurrent Manager Doesn't work GSM=Y'

Hi,
The CM was working fine with concurrent GSM Enabled=Y,but suddenly all requests hanging in pending status and when i noticed that there's one request in the table FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS has a phase_code='R' but actually it's finished,so i updated this field to 'C' and i updated the profile concurrent:GSM Enabled to 'N',then the concurrent works but the output post proceesing didn't work and i can't use printer with any request.
please if any one has an idea regards this issue help me

reactivate the Output Post Processor concurrent. If it's not active then you won't get any printing.
