A PO has been sent to an Approver; but later that approver has been Resigned or In Active, (PO is not approved by that Approver). Please advice; how to froward that PO to any other approver. How to handle this scenario.
Please advice how to handle the same scenario for Purchase requisition.
In Active Approver
Hi,
First you need to change the setup in Approval HK, and then run fill employee HK, for any future trans.
For the past trans. Management->Forward Document, in the approver name give the in active approver, all the pending PR, give the new approver name & then save. some time it gives Deffered wait for concurrent manager. Then from Sysadmin Resp, Work Flow background process.
It will resolve this issue.
