How to not see Bank account at other OU?

How to not see Bank account at other OU?

Hi all,

I am using R12,

When I open Overview of Bank account (N: Banks/Bank Branches) I see all bank account I set up for All OU, Or I Seach Bank account, I also see orther bank account of other OU.
Responsibility that I use had granted MO, HR profile option, ledger for 1 OU.

I want only see bank accounts of OU.
How to do it?
Please help me!

Hi Turbo,

Please check that MOAC setup done or not if you done setup system will allow to see other operating units as well.

I had set up MOAC, but I still see all banks account of all OU.

Hi Turbo,

Try to check if your using only one legal entity to all your bank account because banks are attached to legal entity not on the OU.

hi Turbo,
unfortunetly this is an intended functionality in R12 as all defined banks & bank branches are global. For Bank accounts you can see all the bank accounts defined for every bank branch in the application BUT you can only make transactions on the bank accounts which the operating unit has a grant access for.

hi turbo

try this and she will work with you

CE Bank Account Security setup wizard
1) Login as System Administrator
2) Select User Management responsibility
3) Select Roles and Role Inheritance menu function
4) Create (or query an existing) Role.
5) Click Security Wizards button and Run Wizard - CE UMX Security wizard
6) Click Add Legal Entities button, select your LEs and check Use, Maintenance and Bank Account
Transfers to reflect the activities for this Role.
check-box. Apply
8) Assign this role to your user (using the Users tab)
