I want to know how I can do this journal by using SLA in AR
We have sales tax 10% on the customer

Suppose I have invoice on customer with 1000 USD and sales tax 10% 100

Then invoice total is 1000+100= 1100
Then the journals will be

DR : Customer 1100
CR: Revenues 1000
CR: sales tax 100

I want to divided the sales tax amount to 3 amount every amount by specify rate and the journal become

DR: Customer 1100
CR: Revenues 1000
CR: sales tax 1 50
CR: Sales tax 2 25
CR: Sales tax 3 25

Hi freeman

I think you can't do this using SLA because the SLA will only used if you want to divide the customer or revenue accounts.

My suggest is that create 3 lines of that item to make the tax become in 3 lines according to your example

Otherwise I will check with our colleagues if we can divide the tax amount without enter the item 3 times.
