PO item category

Pls Anybody resolve this issue

I defined Item Categery flexfield, values, codes, and set in inventory module (r12 12.1.1) But this category is not available in Purchasing Mdule

Hi gkkumar

Please check the default category set.

Inventory module -> Setup -> Items -> Categories -> Default Category set

Be sure the purchasing functional area will use the same category you has defined.

In default category already assigned another predefined category

It is not changeable
