Difference Between Rollout and Implementation

Hi.....I have a very very basic question .....Can anyone please explain me the difference between a rollout and an implementation project.

Roll Out is inauguration while implementation is termed as complete project having different phases.

Implementation: where the client is installing Oracle first time in their organaisation.

Roll out: this is the project where client already has implemented oracle in his one business and if he wanted to implement same oracle in another contry as well then that project will be called as rollout project

Implementation is a stage where client is installing the software and implementing it accordingly. And then it comes to Roll out which is a later stage of BI program.
