Two Users Have same responsibility

Hi All,

The Two users have same responsibility "AP Super user"

1. User A is able to 'Account Inquiry'and getting the data.
2. User B is able to 'Account Inquiry ' but no data retrieve.

The two have all same responsibilities.

Please share your suggestions.
