Customized reports?

Here I would like to have your input to get a list of required customized reports to users other than oracle standard reports. Thanks

Now I would like to have requirements for this report or any output sample required. Secondly if someone already have this customized report he/she can email me and then we all should work on that in order to improve it. thanks
