Job Responsibility : The prime responsibilities for these positions are:
? Preparation of User Guides, Training Manuals, Installation Manuals, Reference Guides, Operation Guides, Troubleshooting guides, Online Help (WebHelp, JavaHelp, WinHelp)
? Update and maintain Product Manuals & Brochures
? Collate customer feedback for the deliverables
? Prepare and establish standards where necessary
? Coordinate with Project Team to gather information
Job Location : Lahore, Pakistan (with extensive traveling opportunities)
Required Skills :
? 2-4 years of Software documentation experience
? Outstanding writing skills, particularly writing for a global and/or western audience
? Ability to comprehend requirements and design specs
? Well versed with MS Office tools, Robo Help, SnagIT & Visio, Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat
? Familiarity with object-oriented programming, client/server architecture, application servers and its technologies
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to deliver documentation on a tight schedule in a fast paced environment
? Give attention to details, excellent problem solving skills, independent, self-motivated
