Problems after installation 11.5.10 on Red Hat AS

Hello all,

I would like to know if someone can help me with this problem.
Please have a look at the screenshot of the problem:

The Oracle 11.5.10 installation on Linux RH AS 4.0 was OK, I was able to log in as sysadmin create a new user, assign some authorizations to it and so on. But now I?m not able to see the web pages.

Please Help
