Problem in Printing Pay SLIP

Hello Dear Members.

I have a Probelm in Printing PAY SLIP using Reports 6i.
the Probelm is the Paper Size on which i want to Print the SLIP is of SIZE (4"x8"). and the report is Also designed using the Same size.
Slip is Printing Acuratly on the SLIP SIZE paper.
the ONLY problem is SPEED of Printing.
Now u will say that THIS is the Printer Speed problem not an ORACLE Reports Problem.
Then i Make an Experiment that i took 6 Pages (3 LETTER Size, and 3 SLIP SIZE) and put the papers in the Printer Tray. and Send 6 pages Print from Pay SLIP Report. the FIRST 3 Pages which are of SPIL size PRINTED Very Slow (one Page per 45 Sec) but from 4th page (letter Size) all the 3 Pages Printed in JUST 10 SEC.
I also Check the printing with Changing the PRINTER.
HP 1022n (network Printer), HP 1300, HP 1200, ALL have same Problem,
I dont know what happening with this. The only Problem which I Guess is the layout setting of SLIP. bcz this is the Frst time we are doign this.
and have no PAST experience of this. if any on have Experience and also have any EXAMPLE, with Detail please guide me regarding this.

I want to Print on Customized Page (Sized 4"x8")
OR
I want to Print on the CHEQUE BOOK (on Single SLIP)
