diff btw oracle11.5.8 and 11.5.10

diff btw oracle11.5.8 and 11.5.10

hi,

in oracle 11.5.8 custom.pll is not there and in 11.5.10 custom.pll is added.i am not sure abt this.can anyone tell me.
