Please can we have a forum where we can share project life cycle experience. Most of the present forums concentrate on product set up and configuration. Can we look at implementation generally. Those who are working as consultants implementing Oracle will be ideal to share their experience in this forum. We will look at the following stages

1.Project Definition
2. Analysis
3. Design
4. Development or Build
5. Transition
6.Production

On this forum, we will share what is expected at each stage, how to go about it, what AIM documents do we need at each stage? what are the tools we could employ? what are the problems normally encounter at each stage, how do we ovecome these problems. Please if you have some documents prepared by you or that you could share, pls let us have it.
