1. JOB HOLDER :
2. TITLE : ERP ADMINISTRATOR - ORACLE.
3. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
3.1 REPORTS TO : IT MANAGER
3.2 RESPONSIBLE FOR : NONE
3.3 LIAISES WITH : Finance Department Staff IT Department Staff
4. JOB SUMMARY :

Under the direct supervision of IT Manager, maintain Oracle
Applications.

5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1. Review existing implementation of Oracle financials and improve the set up were ever possible.
5.2. Review the work/data flow and improve it were ever possible.
5.3. Improve system integration and increase the system utilization to maximum possible level.
5.4. Supervise / Maintain Oracle Financial Applications.
5.5. Monitor the system log files daily and take necessary actions.
5.6. User training, support and trouble shooting for the Oracle applications.
5.7. Prepare orientation documents / handouts for staff.
5.8. Coordinate with Finance Chief in finalizing/balancing period closing.
5.9. Prepare financial reports as and when management requires.
5.10. Periodic Patch management and up gradation of Oracle Applications.
5.11. Plan, Manage and Maintain emergency preparation/disaster recovery/backup procedures.
5.12. Keeping the confidentiality of company data.
5.13. Perform any other IT related task assigned by the IT Manager.

6. EDUCATION / LICENSURE:

6.1 Graduate of Mathematics or Accounts.
6.2 Learned Oracle Applications (Financials) from Oracle University Authorized Center.

7. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years experience in maintaining Oracle Applications in
a reputed company, and preferably with system implementation experience.

8. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

8.1. RDBMS database Administration.
8.2. Experience in Accounting.

9. CONDITIONS

Adequate knowledge and skills.
