Withholidng Tax

Hi,
Has anyone had experience with withholding Tax- Particularly for Bangladesh. We are trying to set this up and we have quite sepecif reqquirements and wondering if anyone else had encountered any problems.

Our functional currency is USD but we process WHT in otheer currencies (BDT etc) Oracle does not seem to allow the WHT currency to be in a currency other than the functional currency. When we try to apply WHT to an invoice not in the funct currency we get a system hold.

ANy ideas?
