cannot bind to OAD

Hello all,

I got problem when I tried to start my oracle E-Biz 11i and got error "Cannot bind to OAD'. The problem occured after I restarted my machine and tried to start Oracle E-Biz. Already read some articles in metalink and it said that got something to do with LD_ASSUME_KERNEL. I didn't do anything to the machine. How come the error occur and how to solve it? Thanks
