Dunning letter and customer interface problem.

Hi All,

Who has experience about customer interface after set up dunning letter?

I just set up to use Dunning letter process. Before that I can interface customer from 3rd party to Oracle but after I set dunning letter process I can't interface it. There's some error message like
Customer record for insert must have validated profile record defined in the RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE table and The specified address either has an inactive bill-to, dunning, or statements site defined, or has errors in the RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE table. This message still happens even thou I set ORIG_SYSTEM_ADDRESS_REF the same value in both files.

Who know the way to fix it, please suggest me. Thank you for advance.
