Forms Personalization

Post by smadelyn »

Hi,

As per I know we can do the following using forms personalization

Make some fields REQUIRED
Change the Prompt of an Item
Remove Fields from a Form
Remove a TAB from Form
Make a Form Query-Only

Will it possible to display a Raw Text in the form? If so, please let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

You can do the Personalization/Customization within the application:

1) (N > Menu Bar > Help > choose Diagonistiv > Custom Code > Personalize). Make/choose relevant entries and especially in 'Select by text' button and in the Property Field - choose 'REQUIRED'. Login again to see the change.
2) Same as above. Property Field - choose 'PROMPT_TEXT' and in the Value field mention "......." Prompt change name. Login again.
3 & 4) (N > HRMS Responsibility > Security > Task Flow Definitions)
Choose the appropriate Task Flow Name and make the changes in the Navigation Options.
5) (N > System Admin Responsibility > Profile > (Choose relevant Application and Responsibility/User) > select HR:Query Only Mode).

Hope this brief info helps you to get-going.

Thx
Arun
