Special Character in reports

We are recently upgraded our application from 11.0.7 to 11.5.10.2. In report builder reports run normally with any special character but from application it will generate some special characters are appear on the report.

Please check following values should be matching

1)Columns and rows define in
System Administrator responsibility --> concurrent-->Program-->Query for
program --> <b>Check Columns and rows define over There</b>

2)Columns and rows define in file <b>L.prt</b> located at

<b>$FND_TOP/reports</b>


Both Values should same if not so the please change and bounce application server

i have checked that u indcated in above. It is properly defind becuase it is run wihout any special character in old application means 11.0.7 so, tell me why this happened in new version means 11.5.10.2.
