Oracle Property Management is complete solution for Property and Real Estate Industry.

Existing Property Module is used mainly for maintenance of the assets (Property).

Oracle Property Manager has following functionality.

1. Complete Property management
2. Leasing
3. Space Management
4. Reporting
5. Expense Recovery...

Thanks for your reponse... I would like to know the entire cycle flow of Property Apps....?

Can you please post some articles on the set up's and cycle flow of Property Apps to benefit more users to read this article....

Hi Anu,

Property Manager is part of Asset Maintenance and Financials family. It is not related to SCM.

Most of the setup of Oracle Property Manager depend on the Setup of GL/AP/AR/HR. If your financial is running then u need to define System options and some Profile options.


Setup Checklist for setting Property Manager.

The following table lists Oracle Property Manager Setup steps and whether the step is optional or required. Complete these steps to implement Oracle Property Manager:
