Can any one explain me to change all the forms color to a different colour in an instance

Login With System Administrator Responsibility
Go to
. Profile > System
. Select responsibility or user (at which you want to apply color scheme or look and feel)
. To change the color scheme, search a profile named ?Java Color Scheme?
Select your required color.
. To change look and feel, search a profile named ?Java Look and Feel?
Select your required Look and Feel.
. Save your work.
. Logout and Login again to view the applied changes.

Thanks a lot, I have done it and it is working fine.
Still I have one more question to you. there are only few colors given there..
Is it possible for us to add some more colors over there by any lookup codes or by any way...
for example, I want to access the screen with Pink color
May be silly but want to know how to add colors to the LOV.

For your case you should go ahead and manually edit custom.xss file. Using CLAF there is no way to extend/customize Oracle default LAFs like BLAF and SWAN. If you are looking to get a LAF vary similar to BLAF but only few color properties changed, you need to know these styles and manually set the new property values in custom.xss. All required documents for this are available in OAF dev guide and personalization guide.
