Add data filtre by Forms Perso

Hello,

I want to hide some lines in a form based on END-DATE criteria (Only Enabled data have to be displayed in the form).

I tried to do this by forms personalization using a "Property" action on the "Block" with "Property Name" = "DEFAULT_WHERE".
I putted my condition in the value field (nvl(:ASSIGNMENTS.END_DATE,sysdate+1)>sysdate)

The filter did not work. Disabled lines are still there !!

Someone has an idea to make this customization?
