MD050 for check printing layout & design

Hi Friends

Greetings to all, I am working at a onsite location and on tight schedule, can some provide MD050 for check printing program,basically customer would be preprinted check & provided the check format. I need to capture this in MD050 for the technical team, so can share a similar document, you remove the confidential data, such as customer name from the document, i want to refer to the contents only.

Pls share it asap.
