Apache service prob

few days ago our sever was infected with virus and we were experiancing the same problum as we are facing now when we start the
apache service it come up with status started but on refreshing the service it stops and same problum is continue
we have macafee and solo antivirus and starting it again and again it is coming up with this error

could not start oracle apache server PROD_preprod service on local computer.The service did not return an error .This could be an internal window error or internal service error if probol persist contact system administrator
