use discoverer with apps 11i

we are using oracle apps 11.5.10 and i have installed in my pc
oracle database client 9i
and oracle 10G buisness intelligence tool
what should I do to prepare the usage of discover with application responsibilities.
Detailed steps will be appreciated..
