Job Purpose:
To assists in implementation and post implementation support of Oracle R12 ERP with a specific focus on the implementation and customized development of Human Resources and Payroll Modules. The role includes specifications development for programming, debugging, testing, performing Human Resource and Payroll modules setups, conducting Conference Room Pilot (CRP), formulating processes and procedures, conducting preventive maintenance and providing both pre and post implementation training.
Skills:
#61558; Professional background in Human Resources.
#61558; Over 5 yrs of Oracle Applications experience - All modules of Oracle HRMS including Self Service- .
#61558; Experience in Oracle Financials (preferable).
#61558; Experience in integration and building the interfaces between different systems.
#61558; Expert in Oracle AIM Methodology.
#61558; Banking experience (preferable).
#61558; Basic knowledge of Database, Network Technology, Quality Management, Change Management etc.

Education
University Degree (Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Computer science or Information Systems or MIS).

Skills:

#61558; Oracle Developer, Oracle Discoverer, XML Publisher and Forms Personalization.
#61558; Experience in integration and building the interfaces between different systems.
#61558; Knowledge of Oracle Workflow builder and Oracle Account Generator is desirable.
#61558; Expert in Oracle AIM Methodology.
#61558; Oracle Certified Professional OCP (preferable).
