List of Value(LOV) in Oracle App 11i R12

hi,
i am trying to add report in Oracle Application 11i R12.
report Successfully added with parameter.now try to add
list of value(LOV) in Parameter.For Exp
add parameter vendor name and try list of vendors display user
to select LOV.Please Provide Solution.
