Export to Payables from Property Manager

Hi all,

I am having a problem with exporting payments from Property manager to Paybles .

The authorised and approved payment amount is 74$ but the exported amount is showing 62$.

Since i am not aware of how property manager works, can anyone advise what might be wrong or what all needs to be checked.
