Oracle Apps Implementation Functional docs

Hi,
This is Naresh from Bangalore, a new member for this portal.
I have been into Oracle apps Functional-Distribution(INV,PO,OM) from past 1 .5 yrs, purely into production support.
Recently I was involved in Implementation,as it is my first Implementation project i am facing problems ,i am aware of AIM to some extent,I want to know about functional docs like-BP80,BR100,MD50,TE20,TE40 etc.
Can anyone help me to have these functional docs.
