Organisation's warehouse setup

Hi all,

There are two warehouses w1 and w2. w1 is inside the plant and w2 is located outside the plant(2 KM away).There is a finished good inventory . some goods have to be placed in w2(warehouse2). but whatever goods that goes out of the plant require invoice or devlivery challan.but this is our organisation i.e, intra organisation transfer. This is something related to locations.How we can do this?
