Modifier not getting applied

Hi
we are getting many issues on pricing.Most of them on Modifier not getting applied( whether it is a handling fee,restock fee, Promotional modifier or other discount modifiers not getting applied).some of these getting applied intermittently but sometimes not.

I am not sure how to check whether an Item is included in a particular qualifier,when I go that specific modifier and then query listline qualifiers most of the times I could find nothing overthere.
the first thing I will check is whether the Modifier is active and automatic then go to qualifier setup.

Is there anything I am missing,please let me know...

Hi Ahmad, the requests are on auto schedule and all the modifiers are automatic.

And the profile option "OM : Discount privilege" is showing a blank page, what is the expected value?

OM: Discounting Privilege
This profile option determines control of a user?s ability to apply discounts to an order or order line.
Values
Full (default value): Ability to apply any valid discount against an order or
order line, as long as the order type of the order does not enforce list prices.
Non-over ridable only: Ability to apply only non-over ridable discounts against
an order or order line.
Unlimited: Ability to apply any valid discount against any order or order line,
regardless of whether the order type of the order enforces list prices.


QP: Custom Sourced should be off for debugging.
what is qualifier condition for the modifier
check the pricing date on order line
check the value in <b>Action : View Adjustments =></b> on order

Actually we have logged a SR and they pinpointed at the Attribute Mapping Rules and the investigation is going on...
