Discoverer Version

hello,

We are using Oracle Discoverer with E- Business Suite 11.5.10.
We have configured it successfully and we can use it now through Discoverer Desktop 10.1.2.1. EUL version is 5.1.1 which i believe (Please correct me if I'm wrong) was created using Oracle9i Discoverer.
I would like to check on two things please:
-Is it possible to configure Discover 4i plus to be used with the oracle applications, with the same EUL?
-If not, what are the alternatives?

Considering the upgrade of our disscover server, kindly provide me with a checklist of what is necessary to be done.
