Q: If we wand to Design People Group Key flex field is there any Point we must take its in consideration , please any one have an idea in this regard special for Saudi market.
all consultant know PG is the freedom KFF from Oracle to handle the automatic eligibility of any elements

Dear Al-Ruwaished,

Some of the considerations you might take when you design the People Group KFF:
1) Element Link Eligibility (Number of Element Links Created).
2) Element Costing --> Multiple Element Links --> People Group Segments!
3) Grouping of Employees for Recieving Benefits.
