Changing Customer After Order is Booked or Picked

Hi,

Can we change customer ship_to and bill_to once order is picked in 11.5.9.Rite now its not allowing me to do that. Is there any setup where we can do that.

Its Not Possible.As Oracle Makes Some Transactions when order is booked and mark it Lock for further changes

Example

If Order line type flow is bill only then immediate after booking it sent this line to AR interface

If Advance Pricing is enabled the line status will be freezed and you can't make changed after booking
