Oracle WMS

Hi everybody,

I plan to make a cotation for one of our discret manufacturing customer for an implementation projet of this module. My boss have asked me to make sure more understanding what are the customer needs before making the offer. I never work into Oracle WMS. So I don't know what key questions I have to ask to our client.If someone can help me having a good idea of this module and also having a list of different task I have to do, I would appreciate it.
