Upload data into GL?

i cant upload data through dataloadin general ledger can any body help even i followed instructions mentioned in ora aps v4.i dont y.

Instead of using DATAloader have u tried to use Web ADI ?

Sub-Unable to find the Account segement values in the data upload.

I have downloaded the dataupload 4.3.8.0 and opened the Data load exe and unable to find the account segment values in the excel.Could any one else let me know how to use and where can i find once i open the main Dataload file excel as its showing balnk.
