DBMS_Alert to perform action and emailed us Back.

Dear all,

I want the Database script or Alert to check the Table usage at each mount point and if the table space MINEXTENTS and MAXEXTENTS become less the given figures (at any mount point) it should send an email to my email id. I want the script or alert to exactly compare the value Table Space.


Secondly when ever there is any user want to connect to a database the alert will email me about the USER from which TERMINAL and which time this thing happened all related information Emailed me..

Hi there

You can use Grid Control if installed or Database Console to setup notification Rules and email Alerts. To set up table space Alert, go to Admin-> Tablespace click on your desired tablespace-> edit->Threshold.
