adadmin did not accept apps password

Dear All,

adadmin did not accept apps password.
I have also run autoconfig on both tiers, but still apps password not accepted by adadmin, while apps user/password connected by sqlplus.
Please help me in this regards.

are you able to connect with apps/pwd from DB Tier or from Apps Tier only or from both?

did you change the password of apps if yes what steps you follows?
which version you are using?
