Facing Problem in Absence Posting In HRMS

Post by forever »

Facing Problems in Absence Posting in HRMS Module and view Result in Payroll Module
In our organization the Salary Schedule is 26th to 25th of every month but payroll run on 1st to 30th, 31st, 29th & 28th. If any employee absent in October 31 days and the payroll sheet start 26th Sep to 25th Oct the total days are 30 and he was absent 31 days in this scenario payroll generate salary of one day of that employee but he not entitle, actually in Absence window the start and end date are mandatory. Is their any solution we post only leaves days.

Dear forever
if he absent 31 days in october ie from 1st to 31
and you run on 26
if the absent already entered then he will get no salary
if some days enter after run you can handle it with retro pay
process

Dear Forever,

Enter the correct dates for October absence starting from 1st to 31 in the absences form.

If a leave is to be entered after Payroll run, then you can capture it by running the RetroPay Process. This should impose the deduction in the next month.

Best Regards,
