MRC AND PAYROLL ISSUE

MRC AND PAYROLL ISSUE

Dear Colleagues,

Oracle 11i,

My company currently operates in say USD country and one of its office is in AUD and it has to consolidate the financials of AUD reporting office with USD primary office now the problem is if the company opt for MRC it will only support consolidation for sub ledgers like AP, GL, AR, ASSETS which is fine but for HRMS and for Payroll of AUD office it has to have a new BG and LE as MRC does not support HRMS and PAYROLL, so can you guide me the best option to adopt for my company, like it should opt for MRC or Global consolidation both the offices are under one management, thanks
