cancel or edit a miscellaneous transaction(PUR)

how can we edit or cancel a miscellaeous transaction ,say for example, a misc issue or a misc receipt?

Users made errors in quantities and account posting and now we want to edit some and cancel some of them

Ur help would be greatly appreciated

Dear All

You cant Cancell or Edit those transactions. But u can make reversal of those transactions to nullifies the accounting entries through the same process misc issu or misc recpt.

1) firstly note down the accounting entries & perform the reversal process. like using with misc issue:
Office supplies A/c dr
to Material inventory value A/c

2) reversal with Misc receipts
by entering accounts Office supplies

Material Inventory A/c
to Office supplies
