Oracle Roll out in Turkey - looking for partner

We're a French company and we'll shorty roll out our Oracle Solution (11.5.9) in Turkey.
We want to be assist by a local partner but we don't have enough knowledge about turkish partners in order to be able to select one.

Do you know which partner could assist us?
Do you have some person we could contact?
