Disable paramete in submit request form

Dear All,

I need ur help on oracle application submit request input parameter form. The requirement is on selecting a particular value of one parameter (LOV) the disabling of the next parameter has to be done.
Example, The first parameter is an Employee No. if i select the first parameter Employe No. the second parameter Location has to be disabled.
Any help on this would be highly appriciated.
